Your Initial Visit: What to Expect
All newly referred patients at Corrective Spinal Rehab are afforded a complimentary initial consultation, a focused clinical dialogue with one of our registered practitioners, which may comprise a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or licensed Physiotherapist, depending upon individual requirements and practitioner availability.

Following this preliminary consultation, you may elect to proceed to a Comprehensive Specific Segmental Corrective Examination. This comprehensive assessment is performed exclusively by a senior clinician, not by assistants, interns, junior doctors, or support staff. Given the in-depth nature of this evaluation, we kindly request that you allow a minimum of 45 minutes for this appointment.
The diagnostic procedures employed during the examination at Corrective Spinal Rehab may include:
-
Photographic Postural and Structural Evaluation
-
Specialised Weight-Bearing Biomechanical Analysis
-
Segmental Static Palpation
-
Intersegmental Motion Palpation
-
Spinal Surface Thermography assessment
-
Orthopaedic and Neurological Testing
Upon completion of the examination, a separate Report of Findings Conference will be scheduled. During this session, your clinician will provide a detailed explanation of your diagnostic results, outline whether our care is suitable for your condition, and offer individualised clinical recommendations tailored to your health objectives.

At Corrective Spinal Rehab, we do not anticipate discovering flawless spines. Rather, our aim is to identify and address segmental imbalances which may be the underlying source of various Secondary Conditions; thereby guiding you towards a more stable, functional, and healthier future.
